For the development of NFA NOX has Paula Ballvé, a professional with extensive experience in the management of supervised residences for elite athletes. 

Paula lives in the house with the players and is their reference person for whatever they may need. 

On the sporting side, Pablo Crosetti, coach of world number 3 Agustín Tapia, is in charge of coordinating training and competition schedules, accompanying the players in their sporting development.
